The Home Comforts tea light candle holder is handmade in Ireland by Sarah McKennna. This small tea light candle holder is made from flat pieces of clay which are wrapped and overlapped and with small circular cut-outs. It is then impressed with a lacy pattern, a wash of matt blue to purple blend and adorned with a simple line drawing of a house with a bright red glossy heart at the centre of the home. Part of the ceramist’s Home Comforts collection, this ceramic reminds us that “Home is where the heart is”. A really beautiful and meaningful small gift for your own house or for your loved ones.

Please note that each tea light candle holder is handmade and will slightly vary from those pictured here. It’s the nature of handmade ceramic and glaze to have variations, which make each piece unique!
Sarah McKenna has been making her unique handmade ceramics in Dundalk (Co. Louth) since 1999, where she set up her studio after gaining a Bachelor of Ceramic Design from the University of Dundee (Scotland).
